emotionalpedant: @trevorphillips both yoga and pilates are good for the back and that. I think they do Yogalates now, a combo. There's also chi-yogalates.
lisamoen: has a goal, train with exercise ball every other day, and pilates once a week, maybe some yoga too :) Have more energy these days :)

HelpYouWell: @karenalineback Nia is great. I love Pilates too. I think they make great companion exercises.
